A Finn-Brit Tampere Day Celebration

The Finnish-British Society of Tampere invites you to a Tampere Day celebration on Saturday, 29.9! Learn how to make traditional English scones with master baker Valerie Kalves at the Laikku Lecture Room. The free demonstrations will start at 14.30 and every half hour thereafter until 17.00. You can also enjoy traditional cream tea (5€) and afternoon tea (7€) at the Laikku Cafe from 14.00 to 18.00. Don’t forget to bring home bags of freshly-baked scones for Sunday brunch!
